The recordings, artwork, photography, design and text on this site are owned by Avinash Kalra or used with permission. You are welcome to listen, read, share links and post about the music. You may not reproduce, resell, remix for commercial release, or use any of it to train a machine learning model without written permission.Using the site
Please do not attempt to break into any part of the site, interfere with how it runs for other people, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or submit anyone else’s email address to the mailing list. The mailing list
Signing up asks you to confirm your address before we send anything. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, at any time, and we will stop.Merchandise
Merch shown on this site is sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall, who act as the merchant of record. Your purchase is a contract with Fourthwall, not with us, and their terms cover payment, delivery times, damaged or lost items, returns and refunds. If something is wrong with an order, Fourthwall’s support can resolve it far faster than we can, but do tell us as well if a product is not as described.Products are printed to order. Colours on a screen are not an exact match for printed ink or dyed fabric, and sizing follows the manufacturer’s own guide rather than ours.Links to other services
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and other platforms are provided for convenience. Those services are not under our control and we are not responsible for them or their terms.Availability
We aim to keep the site up but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove parts of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
