This site sets no cookies of its own when you visit it. The only thing here that would set cookies is the Spotify player on the home page, and it does not load unless you say yes. If you say no, it never loads and no Spotify cookies are set.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store, usually so it can recognise you on your next visit. Related technologies such as local storage do a similar job. Some are essential to make a site work. Most are not, and those need your permission before they can be used.
The Spotify player
The home page can embed a Spotify player so you can listen without leaving the site. That player is not ours. It is loaded directly from Spotify, and as soon as it appears it can set Spotify’s own cookies and storage on your device, typically to remember your session and to measure playback. Because those are not essential to this site, we ask you first.Until you allow it, the player is not loaded at all. It is not loaded and hidden, and it is not loaded in the background. Nothing from Spotify reaches your browser through this site unless you choose to allow it. What Spotify does with that data once you allow the player is governed by Spotify’s own privacy and cookie policies.
Remembering your choice
Your answer is saved in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, so that saying no to cookies does not require us to set one. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data will clear it, and you will be asked again.
Changing your mind
You can change your answer at any time, and withdrawing permission is exactly as easy as giving it.
Links to other services
Links to Apple Music, Amazon Music, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are ordinary links. They set nothing while you are on this site. If you click one, you are on that service’s site and their cookie policy applies.
Merch orders
Merchandise is sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall, who act as the merchant of record. When you go to checkout you are on Fourthwall’s own checkout, and any cookies set there are theirs and covered by their policies.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking everything may stop the Spotify player working even if you have allowed it here.
